The provisions below regulate the use of the TAPLINGO service ("Service"), as developed by the company PRO USER APLICATIVOS LTDA, registered under the CNPJ [National Registry of Legal Entities] under no. 27.810.317/0001-40, hereinafter referred to as "PROUSER", based in the City of São Paulo, SP, Brazil. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these conditions of this PRIVACY POLICY, including any future modifications. PROUSER may change, update or amend these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions of this PRIVACY POLICY, you are not authorized to use, access or participate in the Service.

I. PRIVACY POLICY

I.1 PROUSER is concerned about your personal data, so we have prepared this document to explain how we collect, make use of and share it. This Policy details the personal data that PROUSER ("PROUSER", "we", or "our") receives about the USERS (“user”, “subscriber”, "you”, or “your"), how we process it, and your rights and obligations regarding your personal data.

I.2 Information we collect: During the registration process, you will provide us with your mobile phone number, native language, name and photo (optional). You will also provide us with your payment transaction information according to the payment method chosen by you.

I.2.1 Activity Data: When using the Service, you send information and content to your profile. We will also generate data about your use of our Services, including your involvement in educational activities on the Service, or any messages you may send.

I.3 Product research and development: We may contact you to participate in product research activities. This may include surveys, interviews and other types of feedback sessions. When you participate in these research activities, the information provided will be used to test, improve and develop our products. In such cases, we may record the video, audio and text transcripts of this feedback, along with any additional contact information you may provide, and will retain this data for two years. You may request a copy of all data related to your participation in any survey.

I.4 Third Party Information: To support and improve the Service, we work with a variety of third-party advertising networks, marketing analytics service providers and website analysis companies such as Google, Facebook and other Networks (collectively, "Third Party Advertising Service Providers"). These third-party advertising service providers collect and use personal data about your visits to and usage of the sites to provide you with ads and content customized to meet your preferences and likely interests or to better understand the ad. Aggregated demographic and interest data will also be used for market research purposes. In addition, your mobile devices may offer settings that allow you to make choices regarding the collection, usage or transfer of information from mobile applications for online behavioral advertising (e.g., Apple iOS advertising ID and Google Android advertising ID). Please note that opting out does not prevent any ads from being shown to you. If any online advertising within the TAPLINGO service, whether it's on websites, apps, or social networks, directly affects you, that does not signify that PROUSER has personal information about you. These third-party advertising service provider networks do not provide us with any of your information unless you interact with the advertising (banner, link, landing page, etc.).

I.5 Use of information obtained by PROUSER: PROUSER may occasionally send you advertisements related to services and product changes through the Service's general operations. We process some data to help provide the Service and offer customized resources, to understand and improve our Service and to keep our Service secure. We may share anonymous data collected through the Service, including Activity Data, without limitation. As a company, it is critical that we provide you with the best possible service, and it is in our legitimate interest to perform these processing functions.

I.6 Sharing your personal data with third parties: PROUSER shares your personal data only when it is necessary to offer the Service, legally required or permitted by you. We will provide personal data to hosting providers such as Google Cloud Platform, Firebase and analysis providers such as Crashlytics. These data processors help us to provide the Service. For example, we may share your information to detect an issue/bug/crash when using our mobile application. When we use service providers to process any personal data, we implement contractual protections that limit the use of that personal data to providing services to PROUSER. We will be required to access and disclose personal data in response to legal requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. In addition, we will access and share account or other personal data when we deem it necessary to comply with the law, protect our interests or property, prevent fraud or other illegal activities perpetrated using the Service, the use of the name TAPLINGO or to prevent imminent harm. This may include accessing and sharing personal data with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies.

I.7. Information Security: PROUSER has implemented rules, procedures and security measures that it believes are appropriate to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data. However, with sufficient resources, a determined intruder may potentially, as a result, gain access to the data we seek to protect.

I.9 The original agreement was written in Brazilian Portuguese. To the extent that any translations of this agreement conflict with the version in Brazilian Portuguese, the text of the Brazilian Portuguese supersedes it.
